Most notably, I scaled my beauty brand, KEM, into a six-figure enterprise, mastering the art of creating products that resonate deeply with customers. Alongside this, I’ve transitioned from outsourcing to in-house production, cultivated a loyal and engaged community, and expanded my ventures to include a full-service beauty salon, Bound Studios, in Kent.
